Setting users Out of Office with Powershell

Problem:

I receive a number of calls for setting users out of office when they forget to do it themselves.

Solution:

Create a new word htm file ‘SAMPLE-OOO.htm’ and save it to your C: drive.  I use an .htm file as it allows me to use a nice font.  Edit the file accordingly.  The just run the Powershell script below.

And that’s it. Simple with no fuss

  3. Yes, I know this way, but in this form the system send two mails, the correct template and the Out Of Office format and I only want my template.

    there are any mode to avoid the automatic answer that Exchange send?

    But I want something on the subject, how can I change the subject on the HTM file??
