Day 1

Well what can I say, there is a lot of things going on in my life at the moment. Currently I can feel myself in a bit of a tail spin and I want to do something about it. After reading some online information regarding mental health, meditation, diet, and fitness I have decided to do a small challenge.

For the next 28 days I will be trying each of the below at the same time:

  • Drinking the 8×8 water challenge which equates to about 2 litres of water per day (I’ll probably drink more but I need to drink a minimum of 2 litres.
  • No Alcohol – I will be abstaining from all alcohol for the 28 days.
  • The iPad, laptop, and smartphone are to be left away from the bedroom.
  • Bedtime is 10pm sharp.
  • Another challenge is to clock up 10km of walking per day.

I know, I can hear you all saying that I should start with just one or two of these, but in all honesty one or two is not enough. The truth is that I need to get my finger out and actually maintain a plan for 28 days. Starting and stopping seems to be a bad trend and I am frustrating myself in the process.
